University Organizes "KKU Ramadan Iftar" Event As Part of Ajaweed Initiative
In the presence of the King Khalid University Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Hamed bin Majdou Al-Qarni, the university, represented by the Center for Research and Social Studies, organized the "KKU Ramadan Iftar ", as part of the "Ajaweed" initiative, which was launched by the Asir Region Development Authority.
Dr. Ali Marzouk, the director of the university's Center for Research and Social Studies, explained how the program aimed to improve social bonds between all students and university staff.
It is worth noting that the Ramadan iftar meal was hosted in University City in Al-Fara'a and included a wide range of participants, and offered a variety of international cuisines, which were made by university staff and students.
