University launches the 11th Scientific Research Days events.
Today, Monday August 31st 2015, the annual events of the 11th Scientific Research Days are launched at King Khalid University (KKU). The launching is for the current year 1436 AH. The events are organized by the Scientific Research Deanship of the University, in collaboration with the research centers, which are affiliated to several colleges.
For his part, the Dean of Scientific Research at the University Dr. Eid bin Lafi Al-Otaibi, said that "scientific research day is one of the important elements in the system of scientific research development, which is one of the most fundamental pillars. The scientific day reflects the students' and the faculty members' participation in scientific research, as researchers and specialists gathered under one roof".
It is noteworthy that the Deanship of Scientific Research has allocated an independent day for each research center to deliver its lectures. The purpose of doing this is to increase, and to present the center's participation as follows:
